They are the literal hands and feet of our ministry, and touch lives every single day.

CHC’s welcomes new volunteers on an ongoing basis.

With our wide array of services, we can help you find a place to serve that fits your abilities, skill sets, and interests.

  • Truck driving / food pick-ups

  • Stocking shelves
  • Market “check-out” and bagging

  • Sorting food and in-kind donations
  • Office/clerical – Appointment setting, filing, taking calls

Days and Times

Days and times vary by department, but volunteers are needed generally between 8:30AM – 1:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; and Thursdays from 3:45-7:15PM.

Our warehouse also has Saturday morning volunteer opportunities.

Age Requirements

Volunteers must be age 16 or older to serve at CHC. Children under age 15 may serve at CHC if accompanied by a parent, guardian or chaperone. Children age 12 or younger must work alongside their parent, guardian or chaperone. Please call if you have any questions.
